Who is in charge of personal information? 

Pressfarm is a media communication company that enables communicators to manage their media programs and controller of personal information effectively. As used in this Privacy Policy, the terms “Pressfarm,” “we,” and “us” refer to Pressfarm and its departments and affiliates.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, protect and share information about you that we obtain when you use our services or otherwise communicate with us.

1) Information Provided to Us By Individuals 

Pressfarm collects information that clients provide directly to the agency, including 
● When clients register for or order a service
● When a company, organization, or individual authorizes Pressfarm to manage its account or use their services on its behalf; 
● When they subscribe to a newsletter
● When they provide feedback about Pressfarm’s services or contacts the agency with questions or comments about a service.

2) Information Pressfarm Collects Through Use of Services 

How Personal Information May Be Used 

Pressfarm may use any information they collect, including personal information and technical information, as described to the client at the time of collection, for the following purposes:

● Providing, maintaining, and improving services. 
● Operating and improving services (e.g., administration, troubleshooting, managing account access, protecting security)
● Evaluating services
● Developing new features, products, or services
● For other customer service and support purposes.

Legal compliance. 
● Complying with laws, regulations, and requests from law enforcement or other governmental entities
● carrying out Pressfarm’s obligations and enforce the agency’s rights arising from any contracts
● Using as evidence in legal matters.
Suppose Pressfarm receives a request from a governmental entity to provide it with the client’s personal information. In that case, we will make reasonable attempts to notify them of such request, to the extent reasonably possible and legally permissible.

The security of a client’s information is essential to Pressfarm, and the agency has implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against theft or misuse. 

Unfortunately, no system can guarantee 100% security of information. As a result, while the agency strives to protect clients’ personal information from unauthorized third parties, Pressfarm cannot ensure or warrant the security of such information. Thus, a client’s use of Pressfarm’s services and communications with the agency is at their own risk. Clients are responsible for protecting their username(s) and password(s) and the security of the information they send to Pressfarm over the internet.

Third-Party Information Collection 

Pressfarm’s services may contain links to third-party websites and services, including social media platforms, partner networks, and advertisers. Please note that these websites and services may have their privacy policies. Pressfarm does not accept any responsibility or liability for the policies of any third parties. If clients choose to access any websites or services linked to Pressfarm’s services, please check the applicable policies before they use or submit any personal information to such website or service.

How long does Pressfarm process personal information? 

We will continue to process the personal data until the agreement has been terminated and Pressfarm has determined that a customer has no reimbursement claims against Press.farm (until Pressfarm’s entitlements have been received through a recovery procedure and completed legal proceedings resulting in a final and legally binding court decision).

Individual’s Rights to Personal Data 

Since Pressfarm processes personal information, individuals have the right to request access to that data and to have it corrected, deleted, or restricted from further processing. They will have the right to object to Pressfarm processing of any personal data and the right to have their personal information transferred. Individuals also have the right to withdraw this consent at any point in time. Pressfarm is authorized from the moment that consent is communicated until it is withdrawn. Data will not be processed for any other reason after it has been processed for its original purpose. 

If individuals wish to exercise their rights referred to above, please contact us via press.farm. They have the right to lodge a complaint and to object since Pressfarm is processing personal data. Along with that, individuals have the right to object to the processing of their personal data by Pressfarm for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, at any time, to the degree that the processing of your data is relevant to such direct marketing.

Conditions relating to the provision of personal information 

Individuals must be advised that under the Policy created by Pressfarm, individuals are under contract to prove the following personal data; email address, password, name, company data, and address. 

Data provided to pursue legitimate interests for Press.farm is voluntary but necessary for the performance of the Policy.
